1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Aethyr Waves ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Aethyr Waves is a binaural beats generator and meditation aid that produces audio frequencies designed to support relaxation, focus, sleep, and general wellness. The app generates audio in real-time using procedural algorithms.

3. Health Disclaimer

Aethyr Waves is not a medical device. The app is intended for relaxation and general wellness purposes only. It should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

• Do not use while driving or operating heavy machinery
• Individuals with epilepsy or seizure disorders should consult a physician before use
• If you experience discomfort, dizziness, or any adverse effects, stop using the app immediately
• Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have any medical concerns
• Binaural beats require stereo headphones to be effective

4. Subscription Terms

Aethyr Waves offers optional premium subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to audio algorithms, visual design, text, and graphics, is the property of Aethyr Studio and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aethyr Waves is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Aethyr Studio shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile.
